MadCap Recap

MadCap Recap of 2025

It is almost the end of another year! 2025 went by in a flash, and as we look back to close out the year, we are looking ahead at the same time.

Quantitatively, we could certainly list out the number of websites we worked on, or events we helped to host, or press releases we wrote, or images we created. That is very worthy work indeed! However, what we would love to focus on is our gratitude that we hold to even be able to do this work. We really do love it.

Qualitatively, we get to experience the magic that this business brings to life all year, not just around the holidays. While many people see “a brand” or “a company” we get the privilege of seeing the people behind that brand or company. We get to know them. We learn the names of their children and their pets. We compare birthday party photos on Zoom calls (so many Zoom calls!)

We get to see the joy when we execute an idea and bring a vision to reality. We feel that joy too! We see the clicks on websites, and know that each “visitor click” is a real person who is looking for something they need on a platform that we helped to create. We are constantly overcome with gratitude for the trust that our clients extend to us to be behind the scenes as a representative of their business. The marketing landscape is changing faster than ever and AI is pushing the world to be smarter and faster and more innovative all at once. While we strive to always meet and exceed our goals with each client, we also see the need to slow down and nurture the relationships that come with doing business in a community that we are an equal part in. Chat GPT can help with a last minute ingredient substitution, but it might lack the personal touch that your MadCap neighbor can provide.

While we phase out of 2025 and move into 2026 we remain grateful. We are grateful for our team. We are grateful for our clients. We are grateful for an industry that shifts and changes so quickly and pushes us to stay on top of our game! We can’t imagine 2026 without you. Happy Holidays and a Happy and Healthy New Year!
